HaleyTek is on a mission to develop software Infotainment systems, which enables Google Automotive Services for current and future Volvo and Polestar models. Our mission is also to make this software available for other brands, mainly, but not exclusively, within the Geely group. We are now looking for an Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager you will together with our Agile leaders be a part of building an outstanding team and develop our key assets, our individuals. Together with our Product Owner you will work and support the strategic product roadmap. You will be a part of the R&D management team with other Engineering Managers and our delivery team. Together we enable our company to deliver and be the first choice for our current and future talents.

You and your skills

You set the context for our team to navigate in the daily work. You have the ability to see and find the skills needed to deliver on our mission. You are passionate to be part of building and expanding our company both in capacity, culture and product portfolio. You have at some point in your career worked as a SW developer and can guide and build development teams that can deliver upon our mission. Also we see that you have previous experience as a manager.
